Ok, my mistake. The meeting starts at 9:30, not 9. It starts with closed session. I'll tweet again soon.
The Illinois Gaming Board comes to order right on time at 9:30. They go into closed session. The agenda lists 5 items they plan to discuss. Open session will start at 10:30 or soon after.

A proposal to put six video gaming locations at Hometown Mall is rejected. The gaming board chair said it's essentially a mini-casino, which is not the intent of the law. This is apparently the second time they've tried.
