DESCRIPTION:The Borders Committee advises the Board of Directors on major 
 interregional planning activities that impact the borders of the San Diego
  region. This includes Orange\, Riverside\, and Imperial Counties\; the Re
 public of Mexico\; and neighboring tribal nations. The preparation and imp
 lementation of SANDAG Binational\, Interregional\, and Tribal Liaison Plan
 ning programs are included under this purview. Recommendations of the Bord
 ers Committee are forwarded to the Board of Directors for action.  \n\nThe
  Borders Committee meetings are generally held at 1 p.m. on the fourth Fri
 day of the month for approximately two hours. \n\nAgendas are made availab
 le 72 hours before the meeting’s date on the website link. The agenda wi
 ll include information on physical location\, zoom link\, agenda items\, a
 nd other information. If the agenda isn’t available please contact us.\n
