One of the commissioners Lillian stated that the owner of the building company Anthony Kucia of Cleveland Custom Builders also built her own home. She had no idea he was on the agenda. She said its not conflict of interest

Mr Kucia spoke to the prior processes of the city. They have moved from the prior area and the door as requested. They plan on having two structures on the properties
