@yotube The Cleveland Landmarks Commission is responsible for determining whether buildings, sites or historic districts are eligible for designation as landmarks. @CleCityCouncil approves the designations. The commission follows established criteria in the Landmarks Ordinance.

It has a slate roof with holes & the wood siding may not be repairable. There was much discussion about this property & reserving architectural elements.
