The Mayor shall be exofficio President of the Board (in today’s meeting there was an “acting mayor”).
The vote of a majority of all members of the Board shall be necessary to the adoption of any question, motion or order 👍🏾🗳️
All votes shall be by “yeas” & “nays” & entered on the record.
These meetings tend to be brief and mostly consist of voting 🗳️.
