The case is an excessive force against a young lady who got into a dispute with a hotel clerk. The young lady mentioned her room having feces and the clerk told her to leave with a refund. The officer was accused of using excessive form with detaining the woman when he pulled out some of her braids.

A motion is on the table for the president to have a meeting with the police chief about this case. 5 votes in favor of the motion were received which is enough for a 2/3 vote.
