Coffee @CoffeeDocuments 29/33

@cledocumenters @signalcleveland According to Karl Brunjes, at the beginning of the new year, everything will be done in house by the Landmarks Commission - it will no longer be relying on local design review committees. This will allow design and zoning issues to be caught early.

Coffee @CoffeeDocuments 30/33

@cledocumenters @signalcleveland Happy holidays! Happy new year! The meeting is adjourned!

Coffee @CoffeeDocuments 31/33

@cledocumenters @signalcleveland Have any questions? Think we got something wrong? Send any inquiries on the meeting or these tweets to @cledocumenters or email us at cledocumenters@gmail.com. DEUCES!

Coffee @CoffeeDocuments 32/33

@cledocumenters @signalcleveland Correction: the 90+ cats were removed from a nearby structure, not property owned by Zelmer.

Coffee @CoffeeDocuments 33/33

@cledocumenters @signalcleveland Correction: Local review design committees will be coming in house to the Landmarks Commission, so community development corporations will no longer be administering design reviews.
