Grand Rapids City Hall, City Commission Chambers
The City Commission is likely going to vote on a set of ordinances they say would, if passed, (1) penalize a person from “accosting” someone at an ATM, or asking for money from patrons eating or drinking outside at an establishment, and (2) authorize the city to confiscate what is deemed an “excess of personal property left on public property.”
