During this short meeting the BIHZ Committee approved 10 items including:

• Approved a TIF plan & allocating $1,395,000 from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund contingency pool to support the Agra Affordable Housing Project, which is a 155-unit building 901 27th Ave S. in the Seward Neighborhood.

• Liquor license approvals for 801 Fish, Clay Oven, Public Domain, Top Ten Liquors and The Breakfast Club.

• The committee also voted to refer the transportation rideshare worker protections ordinance back to staff. This comes after a mayoral veto of the council approved ordinance.
