- Approved the restoration of two civilian investigators proposed to be cut, 9-3.
- Approved earmarking $1.7 million of MPD funding for a nonfatal shooting taskforce, 9-3.
- Approved $1 million for emergency shelter funding by moving money from the Affordable Housing Trust Fund, 10-3.
- Approved restoring funding to Emergency Housing Voucher program, 8-5.
- Approved restoration of funding to the co-enforcement program, 13-0.
