• Key recommendations from the report included updating relevant policies, strengthening oversight and monitoring, strengthening internal controls, improving data protection and security measures, and standardizing annual training related to revenue collection.

Received the Minneapolis Emergency Communications Center (MECC) Third Party and Inter-Governmental Relationship Consultation Report and a summary presentation.

• Key recommendations included enhancing procedures around contract management and continued investment to enhance and improve third-party risk management processes.

Received the report of the City Auditor.

• The report included an update on the status of audits in progress, as well as work in progress at the Policy and Research Division, which is working on developing a database and dashboard for better tracking of consultations, policy briefings, research reports, etc.
